BYD will become a global giant with this ship capable of carrying 9,200 cars at once!

Expected to export over 800,000 cars this year, the company owes its exponentially growing overseas sales to a ~$688 million ship purchase deal made in 2022.

With the ship named 'Xian' shown in the image, BYD now owns a total of six giant car-carrying vessels, enabling it to transport 9,200 cars to any region in a single trip. The company’s fleet is set to expand with two more ships in 2026.
